Wojciech Kluk

CEO, Recruitment Expert, Trainer and Headhunter

For the last few years I have been working in recruitment and headhunting in one of the most demanding industries: IT and Telecom. I work in international as well as local projects.

On a daily basis I work as Recruiter and Trainer, a specialized recruitment house dedicated to new technologies and industries like Cloud, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Internet of Things, Industrial internet of things. In my trainings, I share with clients my experience about how to be a successful recruiter and headhunter.

Interview with Wojtek is not standard, but after that you know, You want to have only interviews performed in that way. Skill of getting information and create relation between members of conversation is very high. Although I met Wojtek first time, after a few minutes I felt like I was talking to a good friend. If professionalism is needed, is delivered if stressless time is needed also Wojtek knows when he should create that condition so I think he has very good sensing of needs of candidate during interview.
